Here is yet another Prinztronic Pong console from 1977. This is from the six game era with the games Target, Skeet, Practice, Squash, Football, and Tennis using the popular GI AY-3-8500 Pong-on-a-Chip intergrated circuit
The console is an attractive oblong wedge shape with a small amount of orange highlighting. The controllers are stored in the console to keep things tidy
The six games are selected by a dial, and the game options are selected by toggle switches, along with the reset and serve buttons, and a cheeky little colour logo below the model name which uses the popular 1970's computer style font
And a speaker grill with a power indicator above
The controllers can be removed from the console, but they are hardwired so can't be removed all together, but with thicker cable than usual
As is common with other Pong consoles, the design is wedge shaped
The rear of the console features the permentaly attached RF lead, and sockets for the pistol and external power
The base of the console has the model label and battery compartment along with all the patent information
The Prinztronic AD8 PSU
The 3.5mm jack plug
Some say you should finish on a plug, so here is the venerable Belling-Lee plug
