Here we have another Pong console imported and sold by the British electronics chain Dixons, they used the Prinztronic name for electronics imported from Japan
This one is an earlier version of the Videosport 800 colour Pong console, and offers the six AY-3-8500 games in glorious black and white
The pistol of course, was sold separately
A lot of the Prinztronic consoles were sold under the Acetronic and Radofin brands
The box is in good condition
Other than the name, the only difference between the 600 and the 800 is the 800 is colour, the options, games, and printed text are the same on both models
The options and game selection dial, the two orange buttons are for reset and serve, while the five switches are for power, ball return angle, speed, and bat size, and finally auto or manual serve
The games on offer are Target 1 and 2, Tennis, Soccor, Squash, and Squash practice
The base of the console
Battery compartment and model label
The sides of the console have the player control sockets, and the optional pistol connections
The rear has an external power socket
The controllers are a cylinder with a dial on top and connect with a 3.5mm jack plug
