I remember seeing these in catalogues back in the day, it is an unlicenced Atari 2600 clone with built in games, I got this from the Taunton Retro Toy Fair from the Avatar Games stand

The unit boots straight to this screen, and expects you to know the number of the game you want, which I don't, so I just entered random numbers to see what came up
