Another free FB Marketplace score, again as with the eMachines PC this has no hard disc
The protective film is still applied to the port cover, this had to be removed immediately
Cover up and cover down revealing a SD card slot, audio and USB
No cards fitted, but it has on board HDMI
Plain sides, I quite like a plain black case
The labels give no clue as to what specs the machine has, and there were several different versions with differing specs
Internals of the machine, I'll try to boot from a USB drive next time I get this set up
On first boot, after POSTING it sounded like it was trying to boot from a disc, so I ejected the tray and there was a printer driver disc inside, after that it just gave the error about no boot device
Random Epson driver disc, I assume for a printer
No boot device which was expected
Update
I had some time off over my birthday, so what better way to spend it than using an old hard disc which was lying around doing nothing after some SSD upgrades in some more modern machines, throwing it in the Medion, and installing the latest Linux Mint
Turns out this PC has a low powered AMD-E450 APU processor with only 4GB of RAM installed. I did try to install the GPU card from another machine but it made unhappy beeping noises, so I had to remove it
Anyway here it is installing updates at my parents house, I have installed ssh so I can remote into it from anywhere and play with it
Ignore the Pong consoles
I really like this case, I may use it for a more up to date system
