I never really played on Atari hardware, as I went from a Binatone TV Master Mk8 to a Commodore Plus 4 I never experienced the Atari 2600 in all its glory, and being on the Amiga team during the 16 bit playground wars the ST was seen as inferior, even though the popular games we all played were pretty much identical on both machines
