I found this in Retro Bristol, it allows the cartridges from the Voltmace Database system to be used by the Radofin 1292 based systems. I do have a cartridge from the Voltmace Database, but no actual console... Yet!
I do have the box, or cardboard sleeve
The Database cartridges were electrically compatible with the Radofin consoles, they were just larger and didn't fit, a kind of vendor lockout system. So this is just a straight pass through adaptor
