The museum was donated this Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel and pedals from Microsoft, it was originally released in 1999, this is not the pro force feedback model
But it does look very nice
It is small though, there are much larger wheels in the museum
It uses an RJ11 socket for the pedals
The model label on the base which is covered by the table clamp
It has a quick release table clamp
Six buttons around the centre circle, which isn't a seventh button
The wheel turns more than 90 degrees in both directions and feels very nice, there is progressive resistance as you turn the wheel
There are paddle shift buttons on the rear of the wheel, it seems you are bending plastic against a tactile button, so not sure how long they will last
Chunky USB plug
Pedals
One of the pedals has some damage but they still feel nice to operate
The rear and base of the pedals
Model label
There is another RJ11 plug at the other end of the cable, which is nice
