The better half found this and the Grandstand 3600 Mk3 in a local Cash Converters and very kindly informed me of their existance
On first glance I thought this was another Mk4, but on closer examination it was the colour version, which is just called Colour TV Game, otherwise it looks exactly the same as the Mk4 and plays the same four games
The console's battery compartment is the same as the Mk4 and can fit the leads and controllers in with a bit of fiddling, and fans of the Superstar sticker can rest easy as it's all present and correct, although the font is different. Not sure I like it
The familiar orangy wedge shape we all know and love with the external power connector on one side
The controllers are the same as other Binatone models, albeit with a different sticker
Another Binatone battery eliminator to add to the collection
The box is in good condition although it is a little sun bleached on one side
The box sides showing the four exciting games on offer
The box lid, the base is just white. You may have noticed this model isn't "Licenced by Magnavox" anymore
The polys are included
This was in the box, does the character need to be bent over like that?
The front and rear of the instruction leaflet
The rest of the pagesI noticed later that the line drawing of the console that was used in the manual is of the TV Master Mk4
And here it is, all working but the switches need a clean, and an older CRT for the best picture
